Cheesy Paneer Masala

INGREDIENTS
Water- 800 milliliters
Processed Cheese - 180 grams
Milk - 150 milliliters
Oil- 20 milliliters
Paneer - 300 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 150 grams
Tomato - 290 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf - 1
Red chilli - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Honey - 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
-
- Take a fry pan add 800 milliliters water in it, put a bowl over the pan add 180 grams processed cheese, 150 milliliters milk and stir. It should be completely melted.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a pan heat 20 milliliters oil, add 300 grams paneer and stir well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
- Keep aside.
- In a pan heat 30 milliliters oil, add 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger and stir for 1 - 2 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Now, add 150 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Add 290 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well.
- Add 200 milliliters water in it.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it form heat.
- Transfer this into a blender and blend it into a smooth puree.
- Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a skillet, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 bay leaf and mix it well.
- Add blended mixture in it and stir it well.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
- Add 200 milliliters water, 2 teaspoon honey and mix it.
- Add 140 grams prepared cheese sauce and mix it well.
- Add prepared paneer in it and add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
- Add 2 teaspoon coriander and mix it well.
- Garnish with cheese.
- Serve hot.
