Italian Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 60 grams
Salt -1 teaspoon
Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Boiled rice - 380 grams
Butter - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a pan heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add 1 tablespoon garlic saute for a minute.
- Now add 60 grams bell pepper, 60 grams boiled sweet corns and stir well.
- Then, add 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Now, cook for 2 - 3 minutes on a medium heat.
- After cooking, add 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
- Add 380 grams boiled rice and stir well
- Then, add 1 tablespoon butter and cook for 1 - 2 minutes on a medium heat.
- Serve hot.
