Palak Paneer Bhurji Masala

INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 150 grams
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Spinach - 100 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger -1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Grated paneer - 350 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 150 grams tomato and blend it smooth paste.
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 100 grams spinach and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Now, in another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil, add 1 teaspoon cumin, teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, teaspoon green chili and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Add 100 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
- Now, add blended tomato puree and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Then, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and mix it well.
- Now, add cooked spinach and mix it.
- Then, add 350 grams grated paneer and Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve.
