Paneer & Corn Chatpata Salad

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 20 milliliters
Paneer - 400 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 190 grams
Boiled potatoes - 200 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Spring onions - 40 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
- Heat 20 milliliters oil in a pan, add 400 grams paneer and cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
- Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 190 grams boiled sweet corns, 200 grams boiled potatoes, 150 grams tomato, 40 grams spring onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons chaat masala, 1 tablespoon coriander, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
