Raita 4 Ways

Pineapple Raita

Servings - 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt - 250 milliliters

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Pineapple - 125 grams

Coriander - 30 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 milliliters yogurt and whisk till its smooth.

2. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon red chili and mix well.

3. Add 125 grams pineapple, 30 grams coriander and mix well.

4. Garnish with pineapple and coriander.

5. Serve.

Cucumber Raita

Servings - 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt - 375 milliliters

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

Mustard seeds - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Cucumber - 200 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 375 milliliters yogurt and whisk till its smooth.

2. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds and mix well.

3. Add 200 grams cucumber and mix well.

4. Serve.

Mint & Pomegranate Raita

Servings - 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt - 375 milliliters

Mint - 35 grams

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Garlic - 2 cloves

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander - 60 grams

Pomegranate - 125 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 375 milliliters yogurt and whisk till its smooth.

2. Add 35 grams mint, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon green chili, 60 grams coriander and mix well.

3. Add 125 grams pomegranate and mix well.

4. Garnish with pomegranate.

5. Serve.

Tomato Onion and Cucumber Raita

Servings - 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt - 375 milliliters

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 20 grams

Onions - 50 grams

Cucumber - 85 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 375 milliliters yogurt and whisk till its smooth.

2. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 20 grams coriander and mix well.

3. Add 50 grams onions, 85 grams cucumber, 50 grams tomato and mix well

4. Garnish with tomato and cucumber.

5. Serve.
