Spicy Mushroom Pulao
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 125 grams
Mushrooms - 85 grams
Carrot - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons
Boiled rice - 580 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy pot, add 125 grams onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add 85 grams mushrooms and mix it well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 100 grams carrot, 80 grams bell pepper and stir well. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes.
4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons schezwan sauce and mix it well.
5. Then, add 580 grams boiled rice and mix it well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
