Spicy Paneer Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 2 teaspoon
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon
Paneer - 120 grams
Onion - 40 grams
Tomato puree - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled rice - 350 grams
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
- Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and stir.
- Now add 2 teaspoons green chili, 2 teaspoons ginger and mix well.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon curry leaves and stir .
- Add 120 grams paneer, sauté and cook till it turns light brown in colour.
- Now, add 40 grams onion and cook till it turns translucent.
- Add 2 tablespoons tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add 1 tablespoon ketchup and mix well.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and give it a stir.
- Now, add 1/2 paprika and mix again.
- After this, add 350 grams boiled rice and give it a nice mix.
- At last, add 2 teaspoons chopped coriander and mix.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Serve hot.
