Sukhe Gatte Ki Sabzi

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour - 300 grams
Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 60 milliliters
Coriander - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili. Mix well.
- Now, add 100 milliliters water and knead it to smooth dough.
- Take a small portion of from the dough and roll it into a long elongate shape.
- Heat sufficient water in a wok and add prepared rolls in it.
- Bring it to boil and stir occasionally.
- Now, take out the boiled rolls from the wok and cut it into small pieces.
- Transfer it into a bowl and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, stir once ,then add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well
- Add chopped rolls and stir it well.
- Now, add 60 milliliters water and give it a nice mix.
- Garnish it with coriander.
- Serve hot.
