Thecha Paneer Wrap

INGREDIENTS
Garlic cloves - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Peanuts - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer - 100 grams
Water - 400 milliliters
Rice paper - 12
Mayonnaise - 20 grams
Lettuce - 50 grams
Red bell pepper - 30 grams
Yellow bell pepper - 30 rams
Green bell pepper - 30 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mortar, add 1 tablespoon garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 tablespoon peanuts, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Crush them using a pestle to make the thecha.
2. Take the 100 grams piece of paneer and apply the prepared thecha evenly over it.
3. Transfer to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 392°F/200°C and bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the over and keep aside.
4. Add 400 milliliters water in a dish. Dip a rice paper sheet in the water and place it on a board. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over it.
5. Add lettuce, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, and the baked thecha paneer. Fold into a wrap.
6. Heat oil in a pan, place the wrap in it, and shallow-fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan.
7. Serve hot.
