High Protein Jowar Bites

INGREDIENTS
Water - 350 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Black sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
White sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon
Sorghum flour - 180 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 25 grams
Spinach - 60 grams
Paneer - 60 grams
Sweet corns - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Mashed avocado - 80 grams
PREPARATION
1. Boil 350 milliliters water in pan, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds. Boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Add 180 grams sorghum flour and cook, stirring continuously, until it forms a soft dough.
3. Remove from heat and allow the dough to cool for 10 minutes.
4. Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball. Flatten it using a rolling pin, cut into small round shapes using a mould, and transfer them to a baking dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 356°F/180°C and bake for 20 - 22 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep aside.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon garlic and 25 grams onions. Sauté for 1 - 2 minutes.
7. Add 60 grams spinach, 60 grams paneer, 50 grams sweet corns, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
8. Take a baked base and pipe mashed avocado around the edges using a piping bag (see video). Place the prepared vegetable mixture in the center.
9. Serve.
