No Bread Urad Dal Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Split white lentils - 200 grams 
Water - 500 milliliters 
Water - 100 milliliters
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Rice flour - 50 grams 
Tomato slices - 70 grams 
Onion slices - 80 grams 
Cucumber slices - 80 grams 
Boiled potato slices - 150 grams 

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 200 grams split white lentils and 500 milliliters water. Soak for 3 - 4 hours.
2. After soaking, transfer the lentils to a blender. Add 100 milliliters water and blend until smooth.
3. Pour this into a bowl and whisk well. Add 2 teaspoons green chili, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon curry leaves, 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon salt, and 50 grams rice flour. Whisk well to combine.
4. Pour the mixture onto a preheated sandwich maker and spread evenly. Arrange tomato slices, onion slices, cucumber slices, and boiled potato slices over the mixture. Pour a little more lentil mixture on top to cover the vegetables.
5. Close the sandwich maker and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Once cooked, carefully remove the sandwich and place it on a board. Cut into halves.
6. Serve immediately.
