PREPARATION

(For Blueberry Gummies)
Blueberry purre - 130 grams 
Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon 

(For Kiwi Gummies)
Kiwi puree 100 grams 
Matcha powder -  1 teaspoon
Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon

(For Mango Gummies)
Mango puree - 120 grams 
Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon

(For Strawberry Gummies)
Strawberry puree - 100 grams
Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
(For Blueberry Gummies)
1. In a pan, add blueberry puree and stir over medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon agar agar powder. Mix well and cook for another 1 minute.
3. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture to the silicone moulds. 
4. Let cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Once set, demould the gummies from the moulds.
5. Serve. 

(For Kiwi Gummies)
1. In a pan, add 100 grams kiwi puree and stir over medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Add 1 teaspoon matcha powder and mix well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Add 1 tablespoon agar agar powder and mix well.
5. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture to the silicone moulds. 
6. Let cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Once set, demould the gummies from the moulds.
7. Serve.

(For Mango Gummies)
1. In a pan, add 100 grams mango puree and stir over medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon agar agar powder and stir well.
4. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture to the silicone moulds.

6. Serve.

3. Add 1 tablespoon agar agar powder and stir well.
