2 Ways Chicken Burger

Peri Peri Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS


Boneless chicken - 800 grams

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Mixed herbs - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Orange juice - 50 milliliters

Olive oil - 30 milliliters

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon

Peri peri sauce - 50 grams

Purple cabbage - 180 grams

Mayonnaise - 80 grams

Fresh cream - 60 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Butter - 30 grams

Burger bun

Lettuce

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 800 grams boneless chicken, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon mixed herbs, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 50 milliliters orange juice, 30 milliliters olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon chilli flakes, 50 grams peri peri sauce and mix it well.

2. Marinate for 1 hour.

3. In a another mixing bowl, add 180 grams purple cabbage, 80 grams mayonnaise, 60 grams fresh cream, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

4. Heat 30 grams butter in a pan, add the marinated chicken on it.

5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides or the chicken is cooked through.

6. Take a burger bun, add the prepared cabbage mixture on it.

7. Place the cooked chicken on it.

8. Top with lettuce.

9. Cover it with another bun.

10. Serve.

Butter Chicken Burger

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Baked chicken breast

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Onion paste - 245 grams

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Fresh cream - 80 grams

Burger bun

Yogurt - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

Onion slices - to taste

Mint chutney - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Take a baked chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Add 245 grams onion paste and fry till they are brown in color.

4. Now, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.

5. Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste and mix it again. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

6. Then, add 80 grams fresh cream and mix it well.

7. Now, add the baked chicken pieces in it and toss them well. Keep aside.

8. Take a burger bun, spread yogurt on bun.

9. Place tomato and onion slices on top of it.

10. Add the cooked chicken on it and top with mint chutney.

11. Cover it with another bun.

12. Serve.
