Grilled Fish In Butter Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Basa fish - 400 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - for coating
Oil - for grilling
Butter - 50 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take 400 grams basa fish and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Coat it with all purpose flour properly.
3. Heat some oil in a grill pan, add the fish in it.
4. Cook until it turns dark brown in color from both sides or until the fish is fully cooked.
5. Heat 50 grams butter in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
6. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
7. Add 1 teaspoon dried parsley and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
8. Remove it from heat and drizzle over the grilled fish.
9. Garnish with coriander.
10. Serve hot.
