BBQ Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 600 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
BBQ sauce - 70 grams
Italian seasoning - 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise - 120 grams
Buttermilk - 60 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 20 grams
Mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lettuce - 220 grams
Boiled kidney beans - 200 grams
Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
Nachos - 100 grams
BBQ sauce - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 600 grams chicken breast, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, 70 grams BBQ sauce, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove it from oven and cut it into pieces.
6. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams mayonnaise, 60 milliliters buttermilk, 1 teaspoon ginger, 20 grams onions, 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
7. In a another mixing bowl, add 220 grams lettuce, 200 grams boiled kidney beans, 200 grams cherry tomatoes, cooked chicken, 100 grams nachos, prepared mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
8. Garnish with BBQ sauce.
9. Serve.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 365 grams
Olive oil - for brushing
Salt
Black pepper
Water - 400 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Pasta - 150 grams
Heavy cream - 250 milliliters
Milk - 60 milliliters
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 200 grams
Sour cream - 40 grams
Parmesan cheese - 100 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Lettuce - 100 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Black olives - 15 grams
PREPARATION
1. Take 365 grams chicken breast and brush it with olive oil.
2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on it.
3. Marinate for 10 - 1 5 minutes.
4. Take a grill pan and grill the marinated chicken until it turns golden brown from both sides.
5. Remove it form heat and cut it into long strips. Keep aside.
6. Take a pan, add 400 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil and bring it to a boil.
7. Add 150 grams pasta and stir well.
8. Bring it to a boil again.
9. Remove it from heat and drain the pasta.
10. In a bowl, add 250 milliliters heavy cream and stir well.
11. Add 60 milliliters milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mxi it again.
12. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
13. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams mayonnaise, 40 grams prepared sour cream, 100 grams parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic and mix it well.
14. In a another mixing bowl, add boiled pasta, 100 grams lettuce, 150 grams tomato, grilled chicken, 15 grams black olives, Prepared sauce mixture and mix it well.
15. Garnish with black olives.
16. Serve.
