6 Ways Sandwiches
Pizza Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Onions - 45 grams
Sweet corn - 45 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Olives - 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices
Pizza sauce
Butter
Italian seasoning
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams mozzarella cheese, 45 grams onions, 45 grams sweet corn, 100 grams bell pepper, 2 tablespoons olives, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take a bread slice and spread pizza sauce over it.
3. Spread the prepared mixture on it and place the another bread slice on top of it.
4. Place sandwich on the grill. Apply some butter on top slice and sprinkle Italian seasoning on it.
5. Cover and cook till the both sides are golden brown.
6. Cut it into half.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
Chicken Tikka Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 450 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Hung curd - 70 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Bread slices
Butter - for brushing
Cheese slices - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 450 grams boneless chicken, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 70 grams hung curd, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it.
4. Cook the chicken until its no longer pink and cooked through.
5. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. Take a bread slice and spread butter on it.
8. Add the cooked chicken on top of it.
9. Place some cheese slices on top of it.
10. Cover it with another slice of bread.
11. Place the sandwich on a grill machine.
12. Brush the sandwich with butter.
13. Grill until it turns golden brown and crispy.
14. Cut it into half.
15. Serve hot with ketchup.
Maggi Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 60 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons
Maggi - 120 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices
Ketchup - to taste
Grated cheese - to taste
Oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix well.
4. Then, add 60 grams bell pepper, 60 grams carrot and mix well.
5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Add 350 milliliters water, 2 tablespoons maggi masala and stir well.
7. Add 120 grams Maggi noodles and mix it well. Bring it to a boil.
8. Cook till all the water is absorbed.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
10. Take a bread slice and spread some ketchup on it.
11. Place some prepared maggi on top it.
12. Top with grated cheese and place a another slice of bread.
13. Put the sandwich in the grill and brush with oil.
14. Toast it till its brown in color.
15. Cut it into half.
16. Serve hot with ketchup.
Pasta Grilled Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Water - 1.5 litres
Elbow pasta - 200 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 70 grams
Tomato - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Broccoli - 45 grams
Sweet corns - 70 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Pasta sauce - 60 grams
Mayonnaise - 180 grams
Bread slices
Ketchup - to taste
Butter - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. Take a pot, add 1.5 litres water, 200 grams elbow pasta, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is boiled.
4. Remove it from heat and drain the pasta. Keep aside.
5. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili and stir well.
6. Then, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent.
7. Now, add 80 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
8. Add 80 grams bell pepper, 45 grams broccoli, 70 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
9. Cook the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
11. Then, add 60 grams pasta sauce and mix it again.
12. Now, add the boiled pasta in it and mix it well.
13. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
14. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
15. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams mayonnaise, the cooked pasta and mix it well.
16. Take a bread slice and spread ketchup on top of it.
17. Now, add the cooked pasta on top of it and spread evenly.
18. Cover it with other slice of bread.
19. Place it on a grill machine and brush it with butter.
20. Grill it for about 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
21. Remove it from grill machine.
22. Cut it into half.
23. Serve hot with ketchup.
Grilled Mushroom Sandwich
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Mushrooms - 250 grams
Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Brown bread - 2 slices
Provolone cheese - 1 slice
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 250 grams mushrooms and fry for 5 - 7 minutes.
2. Add 2 teaspoons garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
5. Now, add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well. Keep aside.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 2 brown bread slices on top of it.
7. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides.
8. Place it on a board.
9. Spread the mushroom stuffing on top of it.
10. Place a slice provolone cheese and cover it with another bread slice.
11. Place it on a grill machine and grill the sandwich for 5 - 7 minutes or till golden brown from both sides or the cheese oil melted.
12. Serve hot with ketchup.
Grilled Spinach Corn Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Butter - 40 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Sweet corn - 200 grams
Spinach - 400 grams
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Milk - 200 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 30 grams
Bread slices - to taste
Cheese slices - to taste
Butter - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 40 grams butter in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
2. Then, add 200 grams sweet corn and mix it well.
3. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Now, add 400 grams spinach and mix it well.
5. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.
7. Then, add 200 milliliters milk and mxi it well.
8. Bring it to a boil.
9. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
10. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 30 grams mozzarella cheese and mix it well.
12. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
13. Take 2 bread slices and cut it’s edges.
14. Then, place cheese slices over it.
15. Now, add the prepared spinach corn mixture over it.
16. Cover it with another slice of bread.
17. Place it on a grill machine.
18. Brush it with butter.
19. Close the lid and grill for about 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
20. Cut it into half.
21. Serve hot with ketchup.
