Chilli Lime Grilled Fish
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Sole fish - 350 grams
Ghee - 45 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except ghee and mix it well.
2. Marinate the fish for 1 hour.
3. Heat 45 milliliters ghee in a grilled pan.
4. Add the marinated fish pieces and cook till golden brown from all sides.
5. Serve hot.
