Grilled Roasted Duck Breast
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
U.S. Duck breast - 2
Olive - for brushing
Salt - a pinch
Crushed black pepper - a pinch
Butter - 30 milliliters
Honey - 25 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Green beans - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Cheery tomato - 80 grams
PREPARATION
- Take 2 duck breast and brush it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper on it.
- Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Heat 30 milliliters butter, 25 milliliters honey in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon parsley and mix it well.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add 80 grams green beans, 100 grams bell pepper, 80 grams cherry tomato and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Add the marinated duck breast on a griller and grill until it turns dark brown in color from all sides.
- Remove it from griller and cut it into pieces.
- Take a serving plate, add the cooked veggies on it.
- Place the grilled roasted duck breast on it.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing on it.
- Serve.
