INGREDIENTS
(For Green Chutney)
Coriander - 25 grams
Mint - 10 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1 tablespoon
Water - 70 milliliters
(Hariyali Mutton Chop)
Mutton chop - 350 grams
Oil - 4 tablespoons, divided
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Reserve marination - 100 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
(For Green Chutney)
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
- Keep aside.
(Hariyali Mutton Chop)
- In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams mutton chop, prepared chutney and mix it well.
- Mariante for 2 - 3 hours.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the marinated mutton chop in it and mix it well.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Now, add the mutton in it and mix it well.
- Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 - 12 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 100 grams tomato and mix it well.
- Again cover it with lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
- Add 2 tablespoons yogurt and mix it well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
- Now, add 100 grams reserve marination and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
- Serve hot.
