INGREDIENTS
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 20 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 140 grams
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Bell pepper - 120 grams
Tomato - 140 grams
Sweet corns - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Prepared peri peri seasoning - 2 tablespoons
Water - 100 milliliters
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Eggs - 6
Black pepper - to taste
Peri peri seasoning - to taste
Processed cheese - to taste
Coriander - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Heat 20 grams butter, 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 140 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Now, add 120 grams bell pepper, 140 grams tomato and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 70 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons prepared peri peri seasoning and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
- Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
- Spread the mixture evenly.
- Now, add 6 eggs on it.
- Sprinkle black pepper and peri peri seasoning on it.
- Garnish some processed cheese and coriander on it.
- Cover it with lid and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Open the lid and remove it from heat.
- Serve.
