These 3 Ways Chicken Tikka are Easy to Make

Dahi Lasooni Chicken Tikka

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast - 400 grams

Yogurt - 80 grams

Garlic - 2 tablespoons

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Cashew paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Processed cheese - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Green chili paste - 1 teaspoon

Fresh cream - 1 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - for brushing

PREPARATION

1. Take 400 grams chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.

2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 80 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 1/2 teaspoons cashew paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons processed cheese, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 1 teaspoon fresh cream, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and mix all the ingredients well.

3. Marinate the chicken overnight.

4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

5. Skewer the chicken.

6. Place it on a baking tray.

7. Brush it with butter.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

9. Squeeze a lemon over it.

10. Serve hot with green chutney.

Chicken Tikka

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Cumin - 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

Red chili - 2 teaspoons

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Mint sauce - 1 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 tablespoon

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Oil - 40 milliliters

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Water - 80 milliliters

Boneless chicken - 500 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken and mix well.

2. Add this mixture into 500 grams boneless chicken and mix well to combine.

3. Marinate for 1 hour.

4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

5. Skewer the chicken.

6. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

7. Serve hot.

Schezwan Chicken Tikka

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast - 320 grams

Schezwan Sauce - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 90 grams (Red, Yellow, Green)

Onions - 40 grams

Mayonnaise - 80 grams

Oil

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl add 320 grams chicken breast, 50 grams schezwan chutney and mix well.

2. Add 90 grams bell pepper ( red, yellow, green), 40 grams onions, and again mix well to combine.

3. Marinate for 15 minutes.

4. In a mixing bowl add 80 grams mayonnaise, schezwan chutney and mix well to smooth paste.

5. Put veggies and chicken on skewers.

6. Preheat grill to a medium heat and place the skewers on the grill.

7. Roast the chicken until brown on all sides.

8. Serve.
