Caramel Bread Popcorn

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Brown bread slices - 5 - 6
Powdered sugar - 220 grams
Butter - 15 grams
Fresh cream - 90 grams
Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Take 5 - 6 brown bread slice and cut it into pieces.
2. Take a skillet, add the brown bread pices in it and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Take a another skillet, add 220 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Add 15 grams butter and mix it again.
5. Cook until the sugar is fully dissolved.
6. Then, add 90 grams fresh cream, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.
7. Bring it to a boil.
8. Turn off the induction.
9. Now, add the roasted brown bread and mix it well.
10. Cool for about 10 - 15 minutes.
11. Serve.

Corn Pulao

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 65 grams
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Sweet corn - 185 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Soaked rice - 210 grams
Water - 450 milliliters
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Then, add 65 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
3. Add 1 tablespoon cashews and mix it well.
4. Now, add 185 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
7. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
8. Then, add 210 grams soaked rice and mix it well.
9. Now, add 450 milliliters water and mix it again.
10. Cover it with lid and cook for about 12 - 15 minutes on medium heat.
11. Open the lid, add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Remove it from heat.
14. Serve.
