Carrot Beans Puree

Ingredients

 

Water- 350 milliliters

Carrot- 40 grams

Green beans- 40 grams

 

Preparation

 

  1. In a pan, heat 350 milliliters water.
  2. Now, add 40 grams carrot, 40 grams green beans to boiling water.
  3. Give it a nice stir until cooked properly.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes to cool.
  5. Transfer the prepared mixture in a blender and blend properly.
  6. Then, pour it in a bowl.
  7. Serve.

 

 

Banana Poha Puree

 

Servings- 6

 

Ingredients

 

Flattened Rice- 30 grams

Water- 150 milliliters

Water- 300 milliliters

Banana- 50 grams

 

Preparation

  1.  
  2. In a bowl, add 30 grams flattened rice and pour 150 milliliters water.
  3. Soak  for 20 minutes.
  4. Take a pan, add 300 milliliters water and soaked poha.
  5. Give it a nice stir with the help of a spatula until cooked properly.
  6. Cool the mixture for 10 minutes.
  7. Then, transfer it in a bowl, add 50 grams banana in it.
  8. Now, transfer the mixture in a blender and blend properly until no lumps left.
  9. Pour the mixture in a small bowl.
  10. Serve.

 

Apple Banana Porridge

 

Servings- 10

 

Ingredients

 

Rice- 2 tablespoons

Water- 100 milliliters

Water- 500 milliliters

Apple- 100 grams

Banana- 50 grams

 

Preparation

 

  1. In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons rice and pour 100 milliliters water in it.
  2. Soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Now, in a pan, add 500 milliliters water, soaked rice and 100 grams apple.
  4. Stir well with the help of a spatula to mix properly.
  5. Then, cover it with a lid and cook for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Now, remove the lid and mix again.
  7. Cool the mixture for 10 minutes.
  8. Then, transfer it to a bowl and add 50 grams banana in it.
  9. Transfer the mixture in a blender and blend it well.
  10. Pour the mixture in a small bowl.

  2. Then, add 300 milliliters water and give it a nice stir.
  3. Cool the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Now, transfer it to a bowl and add 50 grams banana.
  5. Transfer the prepared mixture in a blender and blend properly.
  6. Pour the puree in a small bowl.
  7. Serve.
