3 Turmeric Immune Boosting Drinks

Ginger Lemon Turmeric Tea

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Water - 1 litre
Lemon jucie - 30 milliliters
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Turmeric - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and rest the tea for 10 - 12 minutes to infuse the flavour.
5. Strain the tea.
6. Serve.

Warm Spiced Turmeric Milk

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 300 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 4
Cardamom - 2 pods
Cinnamon powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Honey - 1 1/2 teaspoons

PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and rest the milk for 15 minutes to infuse the flavour.
5. Strain the tea.
6. Serve.

Ginger And Turmeric Hot Cider

Sweet apple cider - 250 milliliters
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Lemon peel - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

3. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and rest the cider for 5 minutes to infuse the flavour.
5. Strain the cider.
