Apple Oats Porridge

INGREDIENTS
Oats - 50 grams
Water - 500 milliliters
Grated apple - 80 grams
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 50 grams oats and dry roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add 500 milliliters water and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Add 80 grams grated apple and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Serve.
Bajra Porridge

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Pearl millet flour - 75 grams
Water - 500 milliliters
Jaggery powder - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add 75 grams pearl millet flour and roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add 500 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon jaggery powder and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Remove it from heat.
5. Serve.
Phool Makhani Porridge

INGREDIENTS
Lotus seeds - 25 grams
Cashew powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Almond powder - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Water - 275 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 25 grams lotus seeds and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a blender, add 1/2 teaspoon cashew powder, 1 teaspoon almond powder and blend it well.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add the blended lotus seeds mixture and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 275 milliliters water and mix it well.
6. Bring it to a boil.
7. Remove it from heat.
8. Serve.
Sabudana Porridge

INGREDIENTS
Sabudana - 85 grams
Water - 1400 milliliters, divided
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 200 milliliters
Jaggery powder - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 85 grams sabudana, 700 milliliters water and wash it well.
2. Take a skillet, add 700 milliliters water, washed sabudana and mix it well.
3. Cover it with lid and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
4. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
5. Add 1 teaspoon ghee, 200 milliliters milk, 1 teaspoon jaggery powder and mix it well.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Remove it from heat.
8. Serve.
