Sweet Potato & Carrot Puree

INGREDIENTS

Water - 500 milliliters

Carrot - 70 grams

Sweet potato - 70 grams


PREPARATION

  1. Take a pressure cooker, add 500 milliliters water, 70 grams carrot, 70 grams sweet potato and Cover it with lid and cook till you hear 2 whistles.
  2. Cool For 5 Minutes.
  3. Now, transfer it to a blender and blend it into a smooth puree.
  4. Serve.

 

Strawberry & Banana Puree

Strawberry - 70 grams

Banana - 70 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 70 grams strawberry, 70 grams banana and blend it into a smooth puree.
  2. Serve.

 

Papaya & Banana Puree

INGREDIENTS

Water - 400 milliliters

Riped Papaya - 90 grams

Banana - 70 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, add 400 milliliters water, 90 grams riped papaya and cover it with lid and steam for 5 - 8 minutes.
  2. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Now, in a blender, add steamed ripe papaya, 70 grams banana and blend it into a smooth puree.
  4. Serve.

 

Apple & Ragi Halwa

 

Servings - 2

 

INGREDIENTS

Apple - 80 grams

Finger millet flour - 2 tablespoons

Water - 300 milliliters

Ghee - 2 teaspoons

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 80 grams apple and blend it into a smooth puree.
  2. In a pan, add 2 tablespoons finger millet flour and saute for 3 - 5 minutes.
  3. Add 300 milliliters water and mix it well.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons ghee and mix it.
  5. Now, add blended apple puree and cook for 3 - 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. Remove it from heat.
  7. Serve.
