4 Ways Flavoured Popcorn

(Butter Popcorn)

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 50 milliliters

Popcorn maize - 100 grams

PREPARATION

1.Heat 50 milliliters butter in a heavy skillet, add 100 grams popcorn maize

and cover and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Serve.

(Turmeric Popcorn)

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 50 milliliters

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Popcorn maize - 100 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 50 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2

teaspoon salt and mix.

2. Add 100 grams popcorn maize and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Serve.

(Tomato Popcorn)

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Popcorn maize - 100 grams

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Tomato sauce - 70 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 100 grams popcorn maize and cover and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a another heavy skillet, add 70 grams tomato sauce and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.

4. Now , add cooked popcorn and mix well to combine.

5. Serve.

(Caramel Popcorn)

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Popcorn maize - 100 grams

Sugar - 200 grams

Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 100 grams popcorn maize and

cover and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Take another heavy skillet, add 200 grams sugar and saute until the sugaris melted.

3. Add, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, add cooked popcorn and mix well tocombine.

4. Serve.
