Mango Jam

INGREDIENTS
Mangoes - 350 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 350 grams mangoes, blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a pan, add blended puree and stir well.
- Add 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
- Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Then, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well.
- Cool for about 30 minutes.
- Serve or store in an air tight container.
Mix Fruit Jam

INGREDIENTS
Apple - 350 grams
Strawberry - 200 grams
Pineapple - 200 grams
Kiwi - 150 grams
Orange - 100 grams
Mangoes - 50 grams
Jaggery - 180 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 350 grams apple, 200 grams strawberry, 200 grams pineapple, 150 grams kiwi, 100 grams orange and 50 grams mangoes.
- Blend it to a smooth puree.
- In a pan, add blended puree and stir well.
- Now, add 180 grams jaggery and mix until it dissolves completely.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Stir well and cook on low heat.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Cool for about 30 minutes.
- Serve or store in an air tight container.
Pineapple Jam

INGREDIENTS
Pineapple - 600 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 600 grams pineapple and blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a pan, add the blended puree and stir well.
- Now, add 150 grams sugar and mix until it dissolves completely.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Allow it to rest for 4-5 minutes.
- Take out the prepared jam in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
- Cool for about 30 minutes.
- Serve or store in an air tight container.
Kiwi Jam

Kiwi - 400 grams
Jaggery - 100 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

- In a blender, add 400 grams kiwi and blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a pan, add the blended puree and stir well.
- Add 100 grams jaggery and mix until it dissolves completely.
- Stir well and cook on low heat.
- Now, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
- Allow it to cool for 30 minutes.
- Serve or store in an air tight container.
