4 Ways Jam

Mango Jam

INGREDIENTS

Mangoes - 350 grams

Sugar - 50 grams

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 350 grams mangoes, blend it into a smooth puree.
  2. In a pan, add blended puree and stir well.
  3. Add 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
  4. Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Then, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve or store in an air tight container.

 

 

Mix Fruit Jam

INGREDIENTS

Apple - 350 grams

Strawberry - 200 grams

Pineapple - 200 grams

Kiwi - 150 grams

Orange - 100 grams

Mangoes - 50 grams

Jaggery - 180 grams

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 350 grams apple, 200 grams strawberry, 200 grams pineapple, 150 grams kiwi, 100 grams orange and 50 grams mangoes.
  2. Blend it to a smooth puree.
  3. In a pan, add blended puree and stir well.
  4. Now, add 180 grams jaggery and mix until it dissolves completely.
  5. Now, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  6. Stir well and cook on low heat.
  7. Remove the pan from heat.
  8. Cool for about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve or store in an air tight container.

 

 

Pineapple Jam

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple - 600 grams

Sugar - 150 grams

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 600 grams pineapple and blend it into a smooth puree.
  2. In a pan, add the blended puree and stir well.
  3. Now, add 150 grams sugar and mix until it dissolves completely.
  4. Remove the pan from heat.
  5. Allow it to rest for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Take out the prepared jam in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
  7. Cool for about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve or store in an air tight container.

 

 

Kiwi Jam

Kiwi - 400 grams

Jaggery - 100 grams

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 400 grams kiwi and blend it into a smooth puree.
  2. In a pan, add the blended puree and stir well.
  3. Add 100 grams jaggery and mix until it dissolves completely.
  4. Stir well and cook on low heat.
  5. Now, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
  6. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve or store in an air tight container.
