Baked Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cups

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 300 milliliters

Baked pumpkin puree - 150 grams

Egg - 1

Honey - 120 milliliters

Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Oats - 250 grams

Chocolate chips - 90 grams

PREARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 milliliters milk, 150 grams baked pumpkin puree, 1 egg, 120 milliliters honey, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it well.

2. Add 250 grams oats, 90 grams chocolate chips and mix all the ingredients well.

3. Divide the batter between muffin cups.

4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

5. Serve.
