INGREDIENTS

Curd - 150 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Brown bread slices
Cheese slices
Onion slices
Cucumber slices
Tomato slices
Coriander
Bell pepper
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams curd, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Take a brown bread slice and cut its edges.
3. Divide it into four equal parts.
4. Take one part of bread and spread some curd mixture on it.
5. Place a cheese slice on top of it.
6. Again add some curd mixture, then place a onion slice on it.
7. Again add some curd mixture, then place a cumber slice on it.
8. Again add some curd mixture, then place a tomato slice on it.
9. Again add some curd mixture, then garnish some coriander on top of it.
10. Place a bell pepper piece on it and add some curd mixture on it.
11. Cover it with another piece of bread.
12. Prick a toothpick in the center.
13. Serve.
