Egg Chilli

INGREDIENTS
Corn flour - 60 grams
All purpose flour - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Boiled eggs - 6
Oil - for frying
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Ketchup - 60 grams
Chili garlic sauce - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Vinegar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar -1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 60 grams corn flour, 70 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 200 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
- Take a boiled egg and cut it into half.
- Dip the eggs in the prepared batter.
- Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons green chili and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Then, add 50 grams onions, add 60 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
- Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 60 grams ketchup, 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar and mix it well.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
- Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it again.
- Bring it to a boil.
- In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well.
- Now, add the fried eggs in it and mix it again.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve.
