Healthy Yogurt Parfait
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Plum - 80 grams
Dried apricot - 50 grams
Greek yogurt - 385 grams
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Honey - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Oats - to taste
Plum - to taste
Almonds - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 80 grams plum, 50 grams dried apricot and blend it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 385 grams greek yogurt, blended fruits, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons honey and mix it well.
3. Take a serving glass, add the yogurt in it.
4. Then, add a layer of oats on top of it.
5. Now, add some plum on it.
6. Top with almonds.
7. Serve.
