INGREDIENTS
Chilled fresh cream - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread slices
Grated carrots - to decorate
Bell pepper - to decorate
Green peas - to decorate
Tomato slice - to decorate
Fruit jam - to decorate
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams chilled fresh cream and whisk it well.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and whisk it well.
3. Take a bread slice and cut out a circle from it.
4. Add some prepared cream on it and spread it evenly.
5. Decorate it with grated carrots, bell pepper, green peas, tomato slice and fruit jam.
6. Serve.
