INGREDIENTS
Seedless java plum - 400 grams

Water - 250 milliliters
Sugar - 100 grams
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 400 grams seedless java plum and blend it into a puree. Keep aside.
2. Take a pan, add 250 milliliters water, 100 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Then, add the blended mixture and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
6. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
7. Remove it from heat and allow it cool for about 30 - 35 minutes.
8. Serve or store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
