Masala Tornado With Tandoori Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili- 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 120 g
Rice flour - 30 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Potato - 530 grams
Oil - for frying
Tandoori Mayonnaise - to taste
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon dry man go powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black salt.
2. Mix all the spices well.
3. Keep aside.
4. In a dish, add 120 grams all purpose flour, 30 g rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cha at masala and mix well.
5. Add 250 milliliters water, mix well and make a smooth batter.
6. Pin 580 grams potato in a skewer and slice a spiral cut around the sides.
7. Stretch potato to expose the cuts.
8. Now, coat it with prepared flour mixture from all the sides well.
9. Add the masala tornado potato in a serving dish.
10. Sprinkle the spices mixture on it.
11. Now add the tandoori mayonnaise on it.
12. Garnish it with coriander.
13. Serve hot with tomato sauce or any dip of your choice.
