INGREDIENTS

Mangoes - 250 grams
Warm milk - 2 tablespoons

Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon

Mango - 250 grams

Hung yogurt - 300 grams

Powdered sugar - 50 grams

Pistachios - 1 tablespoon

Mango chunks - for garnish

Pistachios - for garnish

 

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Add 250 grams mangoes in a blender .
  2. Blend it to a smooth puree and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons warm milk, 1/4 teaspoon saffron. Mix well.
  4. Soak for 15 minutes .
  5. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams hung curd, 50 grams powdered sugar, blended mango puree , soaked saffron milk and 1 tablespoon pistachios. Mix well.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Now, garnish it with mango chunks and pistachios.
  8. Serve chilled.
