Beetroot Orange Juice

200 milliliters
INGREDIENTS
Orange - 200 grams
Beetroot - 100 grams
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 200 grams orange, 100 grams beetroot, 1 tablespoon honey, 150 milliliters water.
- Blend it well.
- Strain the juice in a container.
- Now, take a glass, add some ice cubes, pour the prepared juice.
- Serve chilled.
Amla Raw Turmeric Juice
Serving - 4
INGREDIENTS
Gooseberries - 100 grams
Raw turmeric - 50 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
( For assembling )
Prepared juice - 70 milliliters
Warm water - 200 milliliters
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 100 grams chopped gooseberries , 50 grams raw turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger and 150 milliliters water .
- Blend it well.
- Strain it in a jar, with the help of a strainer.
- Now add 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey and mix well.
- In a glass, add 70 milliliters prepared juice and 200 milliliters warm water.
- Give it a nice mix.
- Serve.
Jaggery juice
Serving - 3
INGREDIENTS
Warm water - 500 milliliters
Jaggery - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes
Lemon slice - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 500 grams water and 100 grams jaggery.
- Mix until jaggery dissolves completely.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 tablespoon mint leaves.
- Transfer it in blender and blend it well.
- Now, take a glass, add some ice cubes.
- Pour the prepared juice in glass.
- Garnish it with lemon slice.
- Serve chilled.

- Garnish it with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
