Kesar Dry Fruit Lassi

INGREDIENTS
Warm water - 35 milliliters
Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon
Honey - for coating
Pistachios powder - for coating
Ice cubes - 4
Yogurt - 300 grams
Milk - 50 milliliters
Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
Raisins - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 40 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pistachios powder - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, add 40 milliliters warm water, add 1/4 teaspoon saffron. Mix well.
- Soak for 15 minutes.
- Now, take honey in a plate and coat the edges of glass properly.
- Now, dip the honey coated edges of glass in the pistachios powder. Coat it well.
- Now, In a blender add 4 ice cubes, 300 grams yogurt, 50 milliliters milk, soaked saffron water, 1 tablespoon pistachios, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon cashews, 40 grams sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.
- Blend it to a smooth consistency.
- Now, pour it in a glass.
- Garnish it with pistachios powder.
- Serve chilled.
